  1. Licence checks

    We check each driver's licence categories, validity and penalty points before they drive for us.

  2. Right-to-work checks

    Every driver's right to work in the UK is checked and recorded.

  3. DBS checks

    Drivers complete a DBS background check as part of joining us.

  4. Driver induction & standards briefing

    Drivers are briefed on safety, conduct, timekeeping and how we expect work to be done.

  5. Proof of delivery on every drop

    Every delivery is recorded, so you always know it arrived.

  6. Careful handling

    Your goods are handled with care, and any problem is reported to you straight away.

  7. Ongoing driver performance checks

    We keep in touch with our drivers and act on any feedback.

  8. One point of contact

    You get a named contact who handles bookings, changes and issues.
